Reservations

A valid credit card number or email funds transfer is required to secure your booking. A deposit for the first night booking will be charged to the credit card upon booking or an e mail funds transfer for the first night accommodation may be e mailed when the reservation is made.

Check-In and Check-Out Times & Policies

Check-In from 3:00pm to 9:00pm
- If you will be later please call our office
Check-Out 11:00am

No-Show

Total reservation will be charged to credit card.

Cancellations

For a full refund less a $30.00 service charge 10 days notice is required for a reservation cancellation. With less than 10 days notice of a cancellation the booking deposit will be forfeited. Early check-out will be considered a cancellation.

Group bookings of multiple chalets require more than 10 days notice of cancellation. The group cancellation policy is reservation specific based on the number of units booked and will be discussed at the time of the booking.

Cancellation and Booking Policies for all Stays in the Off-Season

A valid credit card or an email funds transfer is required to secure your booking. For a full refund less a $30.00 service charge 10 days notice is required for a reservation cancellation. With less than 10 days notice of a cancelation a fee for the first nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided, unless during the winter. the RCMP are advising motorists to stay off the roads due to weather.

Smoking

All Chalets are non-smoking.

Children

Children 12 and under stay for free.

Pets

We have some pet friendly chalets. Please specify that you need a pet friendly chalet at time of booking. There is a $20.00 charge per pet per stay not per day.

NOTE: If pets stay in non-pet friendly chalets, there will be a cleaning fee of $250 applied to the credit card on file.
